I had a pre purchase inspection of a 2018 Toyota Rav 4. I was impressed that so many photos were taken before and after the inspection. A great idea for both the customer and owner of the shop. The car passed with flying colors! David, Riley and Patty were my first points of contact with Town Center. They were all friendly and very helpful.

These guys were awesome. Very knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance. I was not worried at all leaving my vehicle with them. I truly appreciate the quick service the frequent text or phone call updates. Car was done on time as promised. And the best part after a couple days they call to check and see if everything is still working great. They know their stuff here. They are AWESOME you won’t regret it.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care you provided for my van and my brother's Trailblazer. You demonstrated a clear understanding of the specific needs of each vehicle, which made the entire process remarkably seamless for us. Completing all necessary work within just two days was truly impressive. Thanks to your diligent efforts, we were able to place both vehicles back into service promptly, allowing us to resume our daily routines without interruption.

This shop basically turned my 25k-30lk truck into scrap metal after over 2 months and over 4000 dollars my truck had to be limped to another mechanic where they are finding the damage done by this shop almost bypasses the value of the truck! Despite aggressive advertising calling themselves "diesel specialists ' they finally admitted they don't even employ a diesel mechanic! Nice people and you don't want to think there is a problem and thats how they get you! By the time you are convinced maybe you have a problem... YOU TRULY DO!!!

The folks over at Town Center Automotive are phenomenal. Not only are they kind and caring to their clients, but they take phenomenal care of the vehicles. As someone who doesn’t understand anything about cars, I really appreciate that they take the time to walk you through their findings. Additionally, they help you decide what’s most important to fix to keep you safe on the road— especially if you’re on a budget and can’t afford all of the services at once. I dropped my car off early, and got a chance to overhear their team meeting. You can really tell that they care deeply about the work that they do, and the quality in which they do it. I was really impressed, and plan to brag about them whenever folks are in need of auto care. They are also part of the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce, which is deeply rooted in building small business and bettering the community. Thank you, guys!

Was able to get my car back in a couple of days. The staff are awesome and very helpful an knowledgeable. I will take my cars back if needed. The customer service is top notch.

I was referred to them by a Jiffy Lube store because what needed to be fixed the Jiffy Lube could not do. Andrew helped me when I arrived and was able to get my car in for repair same day. They did a complete inspection of my car, found what needed to be fixed and made some recommendations. I knew my car needed a lot of work and they did it all in 2 1/2 days. My car is over 20 years old and now it runs so much better. Andrew was so helpful and knew I needed my car back as soon as they could complete the work. This was hands down the best experience we have ever had with a mechanic shop. We had a ton of issues going on with our vehicle and all the employees handled every concern with great care. They also worked with our warranty coverage very well which was a huge relief to us. All the workers are so nice as well. We will absolutely be taking our car back for any future repairs. I cannot say enough good things about Town Center Automotive. From the very beginning, they were transparent, communicative, and truly advocated for me throughout a complicated warranty repair. David and his team took the time to explain each step in plain language, worked directly with my warranty company (CarMax MaxCare), and kept me informed as new information came up. They didn’t rush to conclusions, documented everything carefully, and made sure the repair was done the right way rather than taking shortcuts. Having engine work done is stressful, but they made the process feel manageable and trustworthy. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, thorough shop.

They were awesome. My dodge 3500 diesel was having a starting issue that didn't throw a code. They diagnosed it the old fashioned way and found the cause. $400 my truck was finally starting again. David was awesome. They got my business for sure.
