Not good with any other offer, not cash redeemable, you also hereby authorize the above repair work to be done along with the necessary material and hereby grant you and/or your employees permission to operate the car or truck herein described on street, highways or elsewhere for the purpose to testing and/or inspection. Customer will not, under any circumstances, issue or threaten to issue any charge backs to the Company or to the Client’s credit card and/or form of payment (i.e. PayPal, Stripe) for any reason whatsoever related to Client’s Invoice. In the event of a charge back, the Company reserves the right to report it to the credit bureaus as a delinquent account. Client will be responsible for all fees and costs related to the Company recouping such charge back using whatever means necessary. For charges that customer disagrees to pay, has agreed to mediation first by Slingshot legal. All purposes of this invoice are agreed upon by the customer by his/her signature on this invoice.
