If you are a woman don’t go here. They are not qualify for women cut and blow dry at all. Very rude staff and they don’t understand what you need. I just left the salon and paid for cut and extra blow dry. You can see in the picture.

Today, I got a haircut at this shop. Great place, very clean. Nice service. In was the best. She gave me the best haircut, didn’t rush and was very gentle. Will definitely come back. Thank you!

My daughter left with a beautifully styled haircut, and my son's cut was sharp and just what we were hoping for. The attention to detail was fantastic, and the staff made sure both kids felt comfortable throughout the process. It’s rare to find a place that does such a great job on both boys' and girls' hair, but this barbershop nailed it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality cuts for their little ones!

I always get a great haircut when I go here! The stylists get it just right, and I even got a compliment at my office for going a little more modern on my haircut. Ms Young is always there and accommodates even late walk-ins! All the amenities you want in a modern barber shop are available, with great, non-pushy customer service. They even do a cash discount (to my knowledge.)

Went once with my mom and never again, the one star goes to good color done to my roots that’s it. Few points to mention (beware) here: -I asked for a blow dry after my roots where done and the lady assured me she knows how to do a very basic straight blow dry with some volume at the top of my head, of course I asked her several times that I want it straight she kept on rolling the comb at my ends and kept telling me I KNOW I KNOW in a rude way, while she knew nothing she didn’t even know how to hold the hair fan properly! It turned out to be awful and I paid for nothing . -Also the lady who did my roots doesn’t know how to wash hair, even putting the color you can tell she isn’t professional maybe she did it once or twice before me! So unprofessional. -Unfortunately there was also a bad smell when she was near me working on my hair. -Told her to wash my hair twice to make sure the hair color is all washed she said ok but did was it ONLY ONCE. So rude -As for my mom she asked the other lady to only do trimming keeping same hair style/shape she said ok then the cutting started well and my mom told her to cut only the ends a bit extra but she kept cutting and cutting and going up to cut more so the whole shape changed ! Luckily hair grows again but still she should have kept the same shape. My advice women shouldn’t do their hair there only men, this ain’t a salon for women just for men, they shouldn’t provide any hair services for women at this shop.

It has been with the New management for almost a year now, the owner Mrs Young is great. I went there this morning without appointment, and Mrs Young accommodated me right away. She took feedback during the cut and was open to accommodate my requests. They give you a paper-card when you visit the first time, to keep a track of haircuts and every 11th haircut is free. It is a clean place, and I had great experience overall. I will be making this my permanent hair-cuttery from now on.

Great new spot in Lansdowne area. Got a walk in hair cut without any issues. Young was my barber, she was neat and professional while listening to what I wanted. Being from a military background, I am very particular about my cuts, Young took the time to make sure it was perfect the way I wanted it. Highly recommend this barber shop. It's clean and efficient!

The new owners have transformed this location into a barbershop catering to men. While there are several options in the Town Center, this place is worth visiting. They have a loyalty program and always ask to stamp your card at checkout. Buy 10 get one free. The staff cuts your hair as you tell them to do, and are understanding if you ask for corrections while they're finishing. During my most recent visit, a new barber cut my hair. By that, I mean what appears to be new to cutting hair. I could tell she was slightly nervous, but her efforts were appreciated. At the end of the haircut, the owner stopped by the chair and suggested a few corrections. The interior is quite clean. No globs of hair on the floor from the last guy in the chair. Unlike other Lansdowne Town Center barbers, this place isn't designed for your entertainment with multiple televisions carrying outdated loops of sports highlights. Their business is to cut hair and they do it well. There is usually no wait time. But that can depend on the day and time. I went there a few weeks ago, expecting no wait, but there were a couple of guys in front of me. Was under a tight schedule and went to another LTC location. Sorry that I did. The barber at the other place had a problem with cutting more hair on the top of my head to balance the cut. Bottom line ... you come back sooner. Town Barber Shop gets it right before you leave, not when your hair looks weird in a few weeks.

I was quoted one price over the phone and got a different price at the time I did it. I don't know if she just convinced me into up charges that I didn't realize are up charges and that we're not explained as being up charges but I was charged more than I was expecting. I was told $22 for the haircut itself and it was $30 at checkout. I still turned around and gave a tip but I felt ripped off I also ended up being very sore around my ears where I'm not used to being sore after a haircut.

Color stylist had no experience with highlights. Blonde was requested and got orange. We asked for partial and she did full. Poor customer experience. Will not come back.
