Jim is genuine and honest. He responds very quickly and is an excellent communicator (he will not leave you hanging). Jim was fantastic. We had a fireplace pilot light that was struggling to light. Even on the initial phone call he was straightforward and honest with his possible restrictions on being able to do the work but came in and completed the work swiftly. Even though it’s not a big deal to us he removed his shoes and vacuumed up the minimal mess he made even after being told he didn’t have too. Bonus was he gave us advice on our home humidification system and also gave us advice on our furnace. Professional, courteous, easy to talk with, and explained things in an easy to follow manner. I would recommend him and his group to anyone that is looking!

Would recommend Town and Country 100 times over. We had a very unique situation last week with our boiler not working and there for ended up unfortunately with a busted water pipe while we weren't at our property. I called Jim, and he responded to the property in a very short time period, assessed the situation, and immediately jumped on finding the part we needed to fix our boiler. He went above and beyond in finding the part, fixing the problem and helping us out since we were several hours out from getting to our property. By the time we were able to get up to the house, he had the problem fixed, and the boiler was working on heating up the house nicely! We really appreciated Jims amazing response time, his knowledge of an old boiler, constant professional communication with us, and he even checked back a few times over the next few days to make sure all was working as it should. Jim is a very professional and legit awesome guy, so make sure you give him a call next time you need a hvac company!

Our furnace quit working during the first blizzard of the season. We saw all of the great reviews on here, so we decided to give Jim a call. After hearing our issue he ended up making the drive to us in Dilworth (through horrible wind and on icy roads) and got our furnace back up and running that night! He definitely lives up to every review! We could not of asked for better service!

Very responsive! Had our furnace go out on a Saturday. They were able to come out and get it fixed within a couple of hours. They also told me what they were doing/looking at so I'd know what to check if it goes out again!

An issue came up with my furnace providing enough heat for the house. Jim answered the call for help promptly, responded within a couple hours and fixed everything. He was polite and explained in detail what was wrong and even gave me info on the simple things I could do myself if other issues ever happen again. I have used their business in the past and have come to trust them to know what they are doing and to be fair in prices and service.
