Jim is genuine and honest. He responds very quickly and is an excellent communicator (he will not leave you hanging). He is able to identify issues quickly and perform any necessary maintenance or repairs the same day or ASAP. Offers updated payment methods and fair prices! We highly recommend him for any heating or cooling issues you experience.

Jim was fantastic. We had a fireplace pilot light that was struggling to light. Even on the initial phone call he was straightforward and honest with his possible restrictions on being able to do the work but came in and completed the work swiftly. Even though it’s not a big deal to us he removed his shoes and vacuumed up the minimal mess he made even after being told he didn’t have too. Bonus was he gave us advice on our home humidification system and also gave us advice on our furnace. Professional, courteous, easy to talk with, and explained things in an easy to follow manner. I would recommend him and his group to anyone that is looking!
