Absolutely terrible experience with this towing company. When my mom went to pick up the vehicle, they initially refused to release it to her. They then tried to charge her extra, claiming it had been there for two days — which was completely inaccurate. To make matters worse, the employee told her that if she didn’t like the price, she could “go to court and sue them.” That kind of response is unprofessional and unacceptable. They also questioned her ownership, saying the vehicle belonged to the company — even though she is the owner. The entire interaction was rude, dismissive, and handled with zero customer service. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when already dealing with the stress of a towed vehicle. If any attorneys are reading this and would like to represent us please reach out to me. We will give you all the money recuperate from this. Lets call them on their bluff.

I had a very disappointing experience with Towlando Towing and Recovery. I waited over 4 hours for a tow while receiving multiple ETA updates, but the driver never arrived. When I called to find out what was happening, the representative was rude and dismissive. Instead of offering a solution, they blamed my insurance company (Progressive) for providing “misleading ETAs,” claiming they usually give a 5-hour ETA. They also said they prioritize police calls, which I understand, but that should have been communicated clearly from the beginning. I was also told that my request had been cancelled and reopened, which pushed the new ETA out another 3 hours. At that point it was already 10:30 PM, and after waiting so long with no real resolution, I called Progressive and rescheduled the tow for the next day. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication and poor customer service made the situation much worse. Waiting for hours at night with no reliable updates and being treated dismissively when asking for help is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

We had a great experience!! The driveshaft on our RV broke on the interstate at 8:30pm on a Sunday night. We called at least 6 places prior to Towlando whom either couldn't or just wouldn't help out. The office got the vehicle info, said we got you & had a driver, Robert, on the road to us within 10 minutes. Hookup was quick & the RV was brought home, 40 miles away, in no time. Cannot stress the professionalism & willingness to help from everyone involved.

Unhelpful woman awnsered the call, said the car was not there, when It clearly was. As tracked by county police, the car was there ALL day and she refused to locate It, acted rude and turned down the call. When another person awnsered, he promptly identified the car was there.

These drivers are unsafe and act like idiots. They were racing each other coming off the highway. I'm a Charter Bus Driver and I had a bus full of cheerleaders for their competition this past weekend over Thanksgiving weekend. Friday between 230pm and 330pm, I was taking a group from Rosen Shingle Creek Resort and was heading south on Universals and they were coming off the highway acting like idiots and racing each other and almost hit the side of bus so I honked and they were honking back and flipping me off while I had passengers on board and most were elementary girls. Everyone on bus saw what happened and what they did. I'm going to report them to the State Troopers office along with the video from the bus itself. Your drivers are dangerous and disrespectful. On the video they show what they did and how they were racing each other in two different tow trucks. Driving in and out if traffic and cutting others off . Your company should fire those drivers immediately !

They are one of the worst companies that I know. They towed my car, and I understand that is their job, but they damage very bad my new car and they don’t care. When I complain about it, they start arguing in step to try to help me. I think they should check the back ground of the people who work there. They are very rude, and I don’t think they even do it legal. I will proceed legally

My sister’s vehicle got towed in the middle of the night and when she went to go get it with her boyfriend, she was told only the registered Owner of the vehicle can go into the lot. My sister then proceeded to get her vehicle in which whoever it was that was working made her uncomfortable with inappropriate comments to her. Although it may be your policy that only registered owners can go into the lot, it leaves for an extremely unsafe environment especially with your pervert employees. Do better.
