Absolutely terrible experience with this towing company. When my mom went to pick up the vehicle, they initially refused to release it to her. They then tried to charge her extra, claiming it had been there for two days — which was completely inaccurate. To make matters worse, the employee told her that if she didn’t like the price, she could “go to court and sue them.” That kind of response is unprofessional and unacceptable. They also questioned her ownership, saying the vehicle belonged to the company — even though she is the owner. The entire interaction was rude, dismissive, and handled with zero customer service. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when already dealing with the stress of a towed vehicle.
