Amazing customer service. The driver was very communicative with when he would arrive. He was extremely helpful and friendly and nice. When you’re in a stressful situation and you need a tow truck it is nice to have solid professionals help you out. I wish I would’ve got the name of the driver I had today, but he was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend using this service for the future if I ever had a towing need or if you have any towing needs, I highly recommend you use this company very good very professional very nice.

I had to get my car towed from a wrecker yard to a body shop, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, handled all the details, and made it super easy. Even though I live out of town from where the wreck happened, they still got it done quickly. I really appreciate how stress-free they made the experience.

If you are in need of towing services, do not hesitate to call Towing Squad. They are the BEST in the business. We’ve used towing services before with a different company and did not receive such great service. Here, from beginning to end, Riley was EXCELLENT! He was very patient, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and super helpful. They have the perfect person in Riley. His expertise turned our “near impossible” towing job into possible. It was a difficult tow and drop off. He got the job done and was pleasant and kind the entire time. Great prices and value for their service. AWESOME SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wonderful experience. We needed a new old car towed to our house, and they towed with great care. Everyone we spoke to at the company was pleasant, and they were very fairly priced. The driver was very nice and got there fast and had the car hooked up quickly and efficiently.

Today my husband’s car just stop working while in traffic. How frustrating!! But we called the Towing Squad and within 7 minutes Samuel Mohoe with Towing Squad had my husband’s car off the road and on its way to the dealership to get fixed. If you need your car towed, the Towing Squad is the company to call!!

Excellent company!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. The driver Dave was fantastic, so kind, helpful, very experienced and patient. In addition, we called around to 2 other towing companies in Frisco and the Towing squad was cheaper too… so we can’t get better than that. Highly recommended.

This Towing Service company were true Good Samaritans and their price was the best compared to other companies. The team that came out to help me were incredibly fast, and professional. They were also very kind and even tried to lift up my spirit as I was in a bad mental state. Highly recommend!

only give them 2 stars because the actual drivers did an excellent job!!! Professional and kind… I'm not sure if the person I spoke with was a manager or a call representative, but he repeatedly referred to the drivers as “his drivers,” so it's unclear if that's just standard verbiage or an actual indication of his role. He identified himself as Joshua and called me after the drivers had already left, asking me to confirm that I gave them consent to jump-start my car. This was confusing, as my car didn’t require a jump to be loaded onto the truck, and the drivers had already gone. I explained this to him, but he became extremely rude and condescending, stating that the drivers get paid extra if I confirm they performed a jump-start. While I don’t mind the drivers receiving extra compensation—especially since they were professional and respectful—my concern is that I didn’t want to be charged for a service that was never performed. When I explained that the car hadn’t been jumped, he abruptly told me I could “get off his phone.” That interaction made me uncomfortable, especially knowing that my vehicle was still in the company’s possession and this person seemed angry. I called back to express that I didn’t appreciate how I was spoken to. I also clarified again that my concern wasn’t about the drivers being tipped, but simply about avoiding any inaccurate charges. He continued to be dismissive and rude until I mentioned I would be leaving a review due to the unprofessionalism—at which point he suddenly changed his tone. Even though the drivers themselves were great, the experience with the phone representative left a bad impression. I hate to even write this because I don’t want it to reflect poorly on the drivers, who did their job well, but the call support (or management) was unprofessional and concerning..
