This towing company is absolute trash! Not only did they drop my car off crooked in a parking lot, but they left tools underneath my car created more damage to the front bumper of my car and insisted I pay a $10 edit fee although, we’re getting a vehicle we’re they were the reasons why I could not pay on time due to the fact I do that they do not have contactless payment options. Outside of that, the/front desk, attendant was extremely rude and you can never reach a manager when you need to speak to them I will be reaching out to the attorney general. This is horrible service. It’s a horrible company. Do not patronize! UPDATE: they came back to offer assistance in rectifying the situation, by giving us a free tow in exchange of a better review. They only came back because they saw the review that I posted and yet they STILL REFUSED to rectify the mess they created in FIRST place because I refused to change the review first. The driver started packing up before the conversation about the review started!! Horrible horrible experience! This is the first time I’ve ever been denied service because THEY messed up. How do you insist that I change a review when the situation has yet to be changed? They will be hearing from my lawyers. This place is deplorable. 0 Stars. I am all for the American Dream but not at the expense of wasting good peoples time.

Very fast and reliable, the best towing company in the dmv you should definitely call if you are in need Of a tow truck. Other 1 star reviews hating in this company are honestly just wrong because all my experiences with this company have been completely the opposite. They have been my #1 tow truck company over the years

My car was hit at 10pm on a Saturday evening, and I called this company after finding them on Google. Johanna was extremely helpful; I sent her my location and she told me exactly when they'd arrive (35 minutes - surprisingly fast response time for a Saturday night) and then showed up at exactly that time (how rare is that?) She was very friendly and professional, and after dropping my car off at the mechanic she went above and beyond and gave me a ride home, even though I could have walked it. 5 stars, highly recommended. Excellent service! I requested a towing service and it got there in less than 1 hr. Took less than 10 minutes to load the vehicle. Florencio, the driver was very courteous all the way through. Highly recommend it! Call them direct and send the bill to your insurance company, it will save you A LOT OF TIME!!!

Good service, got to me within minutes for towing my car to the shop, as I had a flat. That's a first 🥇. They let me join them, on the ride which was kind of them considering that they had two people. Some towing companies have issues with that post pandemic. Thanks 🙏

Jaime was a great driver. Very professional, extremely fast to pick me up where I was broken down at and we had an enjoyable conversation during our trip to my tire shop. Highly recommend this tow business.
