This guy is honestly the best at Towing Cars, my car is very low has no engine I called him and he came with in 20 minutes of calling him so reliable, very impressed with the service. Tue Job was done with in 5 Minutes which would take other towies 35-40 minutes. Couldn’t recommend this business enough wooow. Respectful and so professional at his job great conversations as well. I honestly can’t thank Towing Outwest enough. I knew my alternator was on its last legs, but I didn’t expect it to give out on my way to work. I broke down, completely frazzled, and had no idea what to do. After several failed calls trying to find a tow truck, a friend of a friend called this driver for me—and thank goodness he did. He arrived super quickly and was calm, kind, and incredibly helpful. He gave off major “dad energy”—protective, reassuring, and just what I needed in that chaotic moment. He went out of his way to make sure I was okay and my car got the care it needed. He even had me call a mechanic he knew (specialising in alternators) while we were driving. He coordinated everything on the go and got me in for an alternator change immediately. From the time I broke down to being back home, it only took 2.5 hours—and that included towing, repair, and getting me safely home. This was my first time breaking down, and I was a mess—but he made it bearable. You don’t meet people like this every day. Total legend. 1000% recommend.

Mick should be recognised for his outstanding service and commitment to his customers My car broke down today and he was able to pick me up within the hour of my call to get the vehicle to my mechanic. Not only that, he called me a few hours later to see how I get on with the repair on my vehicle. Great service and a great bloke too. I would highly recommend Mick to anyone.

Mick is a legend. I was at the office, he got my car towed and handed over to my mechanic without me having to meet him in person. Everything arranged over the phone. Over 30km of distance, within a few hours of my call and at the cheapest rates. Absolute legend. So smooth and seemless. 5 stars from me Mick! Way to go!

Mick was extremely helpful. I was so distressed about my car breaking down but mick came and went above and beyond. He gave great advice, helped with the mechanical issue and was an overall excellent character. If you need a tow truck do not hesitate to contact Mick, you will not regret it. Even gave us a lift to the destination. Well and truly a great guy.
