TowHub Road Service and Towing

TowHub did a great job delivering a motorcycle for me. The service was very professional and reasonably priced, and everyone from the dispatchers to the drivers were very friendly. The communication was outstanding with text messages, updates, pictures, and they even shared their map with me so I could follow their route and ETA. Matt is a motorcycle rider, and I know he went above and beyond to make sure the bike got to me in perfect condition. I highly recommend using them.

Had the brakes go out on my truck over the weekend. Don’t want it going to an impound lot so called TowHub. Were super prompt and arrived quickly. Matt the driver was super friendly and knew what he was doing. Also helped me with identifying where the brake line was leaking from while he loaded the truck up. Definitely recommend TowHub for any tow jobs you have!

If I could give it more then 5 I would dispatch was easy to work with made it simple ,gave us a clear time they would be there and there driver was there before that time Matt was a amazing driver great personality picked the car up off the side of the highway fast and efficiently and dropped it in the requested spot 10/10 would recommend

Jamie and Patrick are amazing. Sadly I've had to use their service twice in a week but each time they were there to take care of my needs. Fast, friendly and professional! Super quick and friendly service! Had my car break down while working and called TowHub-they answered way faster than I expected. The driver was super chill, helped me get the car hooked up in no time, and even made sure I had a ride home. You can tell they actually care about their customers, not just trying to get the job done and leave. The price was fair, no weird extra charges, and the whole experience was way less stressful than I thought it would be. Definitely saving their number for next time (hopefully I won't need it anytime soon though) Totally recommend TowHub if you ever need a tow!

Big shout out to the guys at Tow Hub. After a night in the hospital my car was also left in the parking lot… Chris reached out to a buddy of mine and asked if I would like it towed home to save me the headache of parking lot repairs. The whole experience was amazing! We called to get our car towed around 12pm and got it towed to the junk yard and dropped off by 3pm! The car we needed towed was just a shell of a car and was very hard to get onto the truck bed but Howard was amazing and very helpful. I would 100% recommend this company any day!

I can't say enough about this company and their workers (Casey and Chris) just when I had given up hope, these guys really came through. My son's Audi has been stuck in my driveway for over a month. The system shut down, we couldn't get the emergency break off or even put it in neutral. Other towing places came out and gave up within minutes. I thought that I would never get it to a shop to get repaired. Casey and Chris were very careful not to cause any damage to the car and were able to get it loaded and towed to a shop. They were truly my light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you so much guys!!!

These guys did a great job backing down a narrow road into a very limited access area and loading my truck quickly. The cost for a tow from Buford to Alpharetta was fair and the dispatcher was great with communication. Highly recommend.
