Impeccable service and patient care. As someone who finds a trip to the dentist quite distressing, the staff make you feel at ease. Dr Dan was very informative when discussing different possibilities for my treatment going forward. He also has a second career path to fall back on, if needed, as he seamlessly sang along to the dulcet tones of Michael Buble whilst treating me! There is a great membership scheme on offer too, which is brilliant value for money.

As an incredibly nervous patient who had not seen a dentist for years it is a relief to now have a plan with such a good practice. From the initial assessment to the removal of a wisdom tooth the team helped me stay as relaxed as possible. Seby and Julie on reception were so friendly and welcoming which helped calm my nerves while dentist Safa was constantly reassuring me throughout the procedure. Many thanks to you all!

I've not been to the dentist in over 20 years. I've had an issue with my canine. Had an infection. So needed an emergency appointment. After looking at it and x-ray. I booked in for an extraction after 4 weeks. Being extremely nervous as I've not been in years. They were so nice, and reassuring. Went today for it to be taken out. Fantastic service, made me so relaxed and nervousness minimal. I would highly recommend. Im going back for check ups 🙂

Lovely staff, all of them. From Reception Staff to The Dentists and The Hygienist plus all the hard working technicians. So patient with my anxiety too. Updated...been a few times with one thing & another & at all times all the staff were amazing. I didn't write down all their names but Alekya (Hygienist) & her wonderful Assistant today were so helpful. They didn't rush me, explained everything & we had a laugh/chit chat to put me at ease. Also helpful is this practice does a pay monthly plan or two. So you don't have to stress re costs for checkups+. I currently pay £25:90 (it's Nov '25) for 2 checkups, 4 cleans & x-rays (in a year) AND X% off any fillings+ I may have Convenient location too. Handy, not in town, thankfully, if you don't drive & live in Claremont you may be able to walk

If you are looking for a dentist, I cannot recommend Tower Dental enough! Billie and Daniel are BEYOND incredible and make you feel completely at ease from day one - never in a million years did I ever think I’d be laughing while sat in a dentist chair! They explain every step of what they are doing, offer clear advice about treatment plans and are just genuine, caring people who put their patients needs first. As a very nervous patient who put off visiting the dentist for years, I am so grateful that I found this one! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Wow! As a very nervous patient and after a sleepless night! Safa was absolutely brilliant! Totally at ease and pain free! Had 2 fillings and didn’t feel a thing! And the results are a work of art! Thank you to all at Tower Dental. They are the best dental practice, especially for anxious patients. All the staff are so warm and welcoming, highly recommended

What a friendly dental service, I am so very nervous attending the dentist even for a check up, but today was my first treatment I couldn't have asked for better care, it was as relaxing as it could be and the whole experience was explained in step by step, with empathy i wouldnt say I was over my fear but definitely not as worked up as I normally would be. I would recommend to everyone

Absolutely fantastic practice. The receptionist (Julie) was amazing and managed to find me an emergency appointment last minute. Really was miraculous as I had a dry socket. The dentist (Daniel) and staff were friendly and efficient with excellent bedside manner. Really appreciated it given the pain, anxiety and stress I was feeling. Can't sing their praises enough.

I can't rave enough about Dr Dan and Billie. The care and support from Billie was amazing. I am going through horrendous health problems and Daniel was so caring and supportive. He is an asset to Tower Dental. Cant recommend him highly enough. He's a 🌟

Professional and very welcoming especially from Seby. Daniel is an excellent dentist. He puts people at ease and is ably assisted by Billie who did an excellent job when she scanned my husband's teeth for his crown. We are delighted with our treatment.
