I am such a nervous patient and was dreading going today. ALL staff were amazing and put me very much at ease to the point I sat in the chair with no tears. The customer care was 2nd to non and the calm tones in their speaking was amazing. Very helpful with signing me up to the plan also. Cannot fault at all. Highly recommend especially for very nervous patients.

I use to have Mr Barnes until Tower Dental took over. What can I say the service is second to none. My dentist & hygienst are the best they make me feel so relaxed as I am a nervous patient & put me at ease. They picked up on my gum disease which Mr Barnes never did & at the moment I'm having deep cleans every 3 months to get on top of it. I do have severe bone loss which could have been sorted but at least I'm on the right path now and they looking after me. Happy Customer Mrs Catherine Lord 😀

Impeccable service and patient care. As someone who finds a trip to the dentist quite distressing, the staff make you feel at ease. Dr Dan was very informative when discussing different possibilities for my treatment going forward. He also has a second career path to fall back on, if needed, as he seamlessly sang along to the dulcet tones of Michael Buble whilst treating me! There is a great membership scheme on offer too, which is brilliant value for money.

I have been with this dentist for over 40 years when it was NHS and have had many practitioners over the years. My Dentist is Safa and I cannot praise her practice enough . Her communication skills and professionalism is exemplary . She makes you feel calm and explains every procedure to you . I couldn’t be happier with my treatments . She is truly amazing and an asset to the company. All the team are so polite and helpful. Xxx

As an incredibly nervous patient who had not seen a dentist for years it is a relief to now have a plan with such a good practice. From the initial assessment to the removal of a wisdom tooth the team helped me stay as relaxed as possible. Seby and Julie on reception were so friendly and welcoming which helped calm my nerves while dentist Safa was constantly reassuring me throughout the procedure. Many thanks to you all!

I cannot rate this dentist practice enough, as a very nervous patient I felt so comfortable as soon as I walked through the doors from meeting the receptionists to the dentist and her team I was made to feel at ease, relaxed and the procedure of two fillings was painless…I’ve even booked myself to get my teeth whitened and joined their dental plan which I wouldn’t of dreamt of before! I’ve had a few dentists over the years had some bad ok and good experiences but this one was the best by far highly recommended! Thank you

I've not been to the dentist in over 20 years. I've had an issue with my canine. Had an infection. So needed an emergency appointment. After looking at it and x-ray. I booked in for an extraction after 4 weeks. Being extremely nervous as I've not been in years. They were so nice, and reassuring. Went today for it to be taken out. Fantastic service, made me so relaxed and nervousness minimal. I would highly recommend. Im going back for check ups 🙂

Lovely staff, all of them. From Reception Staff to The Dentists and The Hygienist plus all the hard working technicians. So patient with my anxiety too. Updated...been a few times with one thing & another & at all times all the staff were amazing. I didn't write down all their names but Alekya (Hygienist) & her wonderful Assistant today were so helpful. They didn't rush me, explained everything & we had a laugh/chit chat to put me at ease. Also helpful is this practice does a pay monthly plan or two. So you don't have to stress re costs for checkups+. I currently pay £25:90 (it's Nov '25) for 2 checkups, 4 cleans & x-rays (in a year) AND X% off any fillings+ I may have Convenient location too. Handy, not in town, thankfully, if you don't drive & live in Claremont you may be able to walk

What a friendly dental service, I am so very nervous attending the dentist even for a check up, but today was my first treatment I couldn't have asked for better care, it was as relaxing as it could be and the whole experience was explained in step by step, with empathy i wouldnt say I was over my fear but definitely not as worked up as I normally would be. I would recommend to everyone
