I am such a nervous patient and was dreading going today. ALL staff were amazing and put me very much at ease to the point I sat in the chair with no tears. The customer care was 2nd to non and the calm tones in their speaking was amazing. Very helpful with signing me up to the plan also. Cannot fault at all. Highly recommend especially for very nervous patients.

I use to have Mr Barnes until Tower Dental took over. What can I say the service is second to none. My dentist & hygienst are the best they make me feel so relaxed as I am a nervous patient & put me at ease. They picked up on my gum disease which Mr Barnes never did & at the moment I'm having deep cleans every 3 months to get on top of it. I do have severe bone loss which could have been sorted but at least I'm on the right path now and they looking after me. Happy Customer Mrs Catherine Lord šŸ˜€
