These folks are the best!!!! They’re conscientious about protecting the boat they tow, they’re pleasant to work with, patient, and professional in every way!!! Can I give them ten out of five stars??? lol! I’ll never use anyone else!

Ok these guys are great and a must have on your fav call list on lake Norman. When I need them they come out fast and very helpful. WOW I’m glad I pay for their help. Worth every penny. Came out to help me and with their help I got my boat back without having to cost a fortune. They just used experience and a little know how and got me free. Great job I don’t think I gave you a big enough tip….You guys ROCK. Next time I see you out there with those red and white boats on the lake I will be sure to give a shout out!!

I am very happy with the service from TowBoatUS. Derrick and Mike were friendly, accommodating and professional. They were able to help me out faster than I thought possible!

Had issues with my boat, and it wouldn’t start. I have had my Tow Boat US for a year and only used it twice, and let me tell you it’s been a life saver. Both times they pickup the phone right away and came out promptly, Derek was extremely attentive and helpful & jumped my boat in no time and I was able to get back safely to the marina either with my family onboard. I can't thank Derrick enough from towboat. He was so helpful to tow our boat (late in the evening) after it took on some water in our slip. He worked closely with our mechanic to get the boat on their trailer to prevent any further damage. Thank you so much Derrick!!

Capt. Mike went above and beyond to help save, tow, trailer, and prepare my boat for travel. We would've been in a huge mess if it wasn't for Capt. Mike. We are so appreciate and cannot recommend them enough. If you have any boat troubles, they will take care of you! 5 stars is not enough!

We’ve been members for about 5 years and they have delivered friendly awesome service every time! Especially a few days ago when Ken came to help us out, he arrived within 15 minutes, jumped our battery and had us back on the water super fast! He was super nice and helpful! Thank you Ken!

Wow, I had my 17 year old son out on the lake with his sea doo jet ski when someone in another jet ski ran into him and tore a hole in the side. He called me in a panic and I called TowBoat US. This turned a bad day into a much more manageable day as Derek went to the crash site and called me and texted me as he assessed the situation, decided he didn’t need to charge me for a tow and instead took the time to shred k e of his life jackets and use that to plug the hole in the fiberglass so that he could drive it back. He didn’t charge us a penny and he followed him back to make sure he was safe and didn’t start to sink. I can’t even express how much easier that made the situation. If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. Not only was the boat captain awesome to deal with, so was the customer service rep who also stayed in contact with me. Wow, you just don’t see this type of consideration in todays world enough.

I’ve had to use these guys several times over the past couple of years. Always have had prompt courteous and professional service on Lake Norman !!!
