Our dream extension is now complete thanks to the Touchstone Team! From start to finish Tom and Ollie were brilliant at communicating with us, even what some might consider small items to discuss they would make sure we were 100% happy before taking action, which meant we were confident with every phase of the renovation that it was being done exactly as we wanted. Easy communication over WhatsApp message/phone calls whenever needed and Tom is great at social media so we regularly saw exciting updates on their Instagram stories. This meant we could easily keep up to date with what was happening each day without being there. Ollie’s attention to and eye for detail is second to none. He would share his ideas and made sure everything was thoroughly thought out before permanent changes were made. The team were so friendly, polite and tidy. They are quick and efficient from day one, however this has no im g on the quality of their work, which is fantastic. We have recommended Touchstone to a number of family and friends because we’re so happy with our experience and the outcome of our extension. We know who we’ll be coming to for any future work!

We would absolutely recommend Touchstone. They remodelled our entire house, and also built a new garden wall, patio, and part of our driveway. We gave them a hard deadline as we were expecting a baby, and they stuck to it—getting us back into our home just in time for the baby’s arrival. Ollie, Tom, and their team were a real pleasure to work with. They also kept our neighbours happy throughout the project, which is no small feat during a major build. The site was always kept tidy, and we felt in very safe hands with Touchstone. Ollie and Tom have a great eye for detail and made some fantastic suggestions that really enhanced the character of our property. They were incredibly responsive throughout the project—and have remained so even after the work was completed. We would definitely use them again in the future.

We found Touchstone via a recommendation of a family friend. How lucky we have been! The biggest asset of Touchstone is their people. Tom and Ollie are a great team. They are knowledgeable, hardworking and on hand at all times. You will never be second guessing time scales or wondering if workmen will turn up on site. I completely trusted them and they didn’t let me down. Invoicing was straight forward and all extras were discussed beforehand. They have a great team of guys working for them and you’ll see the same faces throughout your project. They also have an extensive list of tried and tested sub contractors they use. I like to think of them now as friends which I think speaks volumes as it’s not unusual for things to turn sour at the end of a large build. For us it just wasn’t like that. I can’t recommend them highly enough. You’d be lucky to have them working on your project.

Tom ,Ollie and the boys did a great job on my single story extension. Logistically it was a bit of a challenge as access was very limited, which they overcame with ease as Tom planned every last detail to the letter. Each day I new exactly what was happening throughout the project, which was very reassuring. Prompt, tidy well organized on time and on budget. I would highly recommend these guys for all types of building work . Thanks for doing a great job !

I cannot rate Tom and Ollie highly enough. They've done a few jobs for me over the years - a steel beam installation when removing a structural wall and laying a patio with a water feature. I would never use anyone else for any of my building needs. They are quick but not rushed, dependable and the quality of their work is genuinely stunning.
