I'm visiting for the second time at Touch and Care Ladies Beauty Salon and today came along with my sister today. Very good staff, neat and clean salon. We took full body package. Prices are way too reasonable than the kind of services they provide. Gold facial made me relaxed, menicure and pedicure was beyond expectation relaxing. Definitely recommend all to visit.

I visited Touch and care ladies salon for the first time. The ambience, I found it very positive. Prices are way to affordable. I did my hair keratin, menicure, pedicure, upper lips, hair cut, eyebrow and gold facial, services were very good. Staff are very cooperative. I am now regular customer to them for my routine services. It's a must try salon!

I had done keratin and took a 99 dhs package for my daughter. I am completely unhappy with their services. I have not seen or gone to any parlour where they make the client to sit and do the facial and underarm waxing without even asking the client their preference. Please don't take packages, it's completely waste of money. I am not happy with the keratin also.3 people were standing on 3 sides and pulling her hair. It was very uncomfortable for her. She said tht her scalp could feel the heat very badly but they said "it will be like that". Please think before you choose this parlour. This is a genuine review for people like me who check reviews before going to . place. I did not tell to any of your staff that I liked the keratin. I took the package thinking that I can finish everything from one place. Sorry, if your saff is lying i cannot help it. She told many times to your malayali staff that she is uncomfortable, but your staff said that some people sit and cry during the process. What is the point in offering the service again after giving such bad service initially. My daughter took her time and came there for the service. Your responsibility was to give her appropriate service at that time. Sorry, I dont want her to sit on the chair and do facial and underarm waxing again. Thank you for your offer.

False Advertising: My wife called and booked for hair smoothening for 80.00aed, after the procedure they said the hair roots are longer than expected so price will be 200.00aed. Very bad service. If I had no "star" option, I would definitely opt for that.

I’m a client of Touch & Care Ladies Salon since the day it was opened & what made me a reliable customer is the Ambience, cleanliness in Salon, smart, well mannered and Trained & polite Staff and best, affordable packages. I have my favorite technicians for manicure and pedicure Pooja & Zara, my favorite hairstylist is Farsana, she made me and my mother happy by giving complimentary free Eyebrows and upper lips service on Mother’s Day. My family members and friends love the place too. All staff are welcoming and love children. Message to the owner you are such a good leader. A big thanks to all staff including the lovely receptionists, cleaners, masseuse…etc. Keep calm you are doing such a great job!
