Avoid at all possibilities! They came to replace a door on our brand new LG fridge. After the first attempt, the technician damaged the control panel while replacing the door, and the new door came with a dent. Then we found our food was freezing on 1 shelf on the side of where the door was replaced. We noticed the tech installed the door seal backwards, so he came back 2 days later to put it on correctly but the fridge was still freezing food on 1 shelf. Then a week later comes back to put in the new door and control panel. After that the fridge is still freezing food on 1 side on 1 shelf. I call LG for warranty again and they were about to send out Totem. I said no way, send someone else. Turns out the Totem technician didn't install the seals between the door and the fridge wall where there are vents for the icemaker. So from the first time taking the door off he never put the seals back on and after revisiting it twice after, still didnt pick up on the issue. When talking to Totem about this terrible service, I told them I didnt want this technician to come back and if he had to they better send a senior tech to train this guy because clearly he didnt know what he was doing. Did they do any of that? NO! Sent the same useless tech. Thank goodness for the other company that new the issue immediately and fixed it within 2 days.
