Easy check-in with Kimmie at the front desk. Efficient and caring service with Melissa R. throughout my stay - the warm blanket was chef’s kiss. I was able to get an x-ray to make sure it wasn’t a serious injury and Paul guided me through it with ease. Dr. Faustus was patient, kind, and answered all my questions. So thankful for this service to get in quickly and avoid a long wait. Thank you!!

Malissa deserves a raise at the CEO level. Everyone is helpful, I’m worried with my husband but Thank you to Dr. Leuck, RN Melissa R, RT Paul and FD Kimmie.

I was seen 10/11/25 for a migraine. The staff was very kind and helpful. This is the second time I've been here and both times were great experiences. Thank you so much to Faustus, Melissa, Rene, Rich and Karen. They took very good care of me and were super friendly. Thank you again for the excellent care!

Came in with severe abdominal pain I was checked in quickly by Karen at the front desk. Dr. Yang, was awesome as well as the nurses Melissa/Renee that kept me warm with heated blankets. Dr. Yang & the nurses took very excellant care of me. I would highly recommend coming here in an emergency they're true life savers🙏✝️

Absolutely amazing care! I was seen early in morning at 1:30am and they took me in quickly. THANK YOU Dr.yang, Martin, Dylan, and Jennifer. They were all amazing and got me out in time to still make it to my exam!

Just moved to Ft. Worth. We were in need of medical assistance. Found TotalCare Emergency Room. The staff was amazing! Shout out to RN Martin and RT Dylan. Their care, dedication and professionalism were top notch. If my family is in need of ER services this is the place I will go. (Hopefully we won't be frequent flyers). Thank you TotalCare ER team. Dr Moody, Kaily, Lewis and Estella were professional, caring and in general, outstanding! They did the tests needed to access my condition and get me on the right path. What a blessing!

Not the best experience, I came in spent 5 mins they took my blood pressure upon entry that’s it and the exam I was told the doctor could not help me, and sent me to the emergency room at the hospital. My insurance then gets billed $5593 which some of what was billed was not even done. I called the office to address, I am supposed to get a call back from the team lead to go back over the charges. I just can’t understand how this visit where nothing was done was $5,593. Had they told me that just the office visit, not anything else including the vitals so just entering the room was going to be $4,736, I would’ve never went back to the exam room for nothing to be accomplished

Very pleasant and professional. Very knowledgeable about my situation and took the time to explain everything in detail and was passionate when I had questions. I would definitely recommend TotalCare Emergency Room
