Total Point Urgent Care - Nixa

We had a fantastic experience at Total Point Urgent Care! The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was fast. NP Amy was amazing with our 10-month-old daughter; gentle, attentive, and reassuring. She diagnosed an ear infection quickly and explained the aftercare thoroughly. We left feeling confident and cared for, highly recommend!

Amy was very wonderful , i even got a lollipop for not crying when i received my shots , she was professional and nice to me , she even held my hand the entire time , i almost cried but i didnt. jokes aside she was amazing and took great care of me!!! will return

Great staff! Awesome treatment! Very professional and efficient medical facility! I would highly recommend this place over a cox or mercy facility any day. They are there to treat patients throughly and address every concern and issue unlike other places on medical networks that just want to push you out as fast as possible. You'll find much better care here!

Out in the waiting room hot. But in the patient room ac is working great. Very friendly stuff/nurse. Very clean 20 min and we out fast service Thank you

It has been so long since me and my boyfriend have found a health care provider that actually listens, and puts in the work to find out what is wrong with you. Someone who actually wants to help you and get you answers! We have never been more satisfied, and relieved that someone actually cares about our health! This is by far the best facility I have ever been to in Missouri! I recommend this place 10000000%.

I will 100% recommend this place to absolutely anyone that crosses my path that needs to go to a primary care or an urgent care. I was at my wits end and had nowhere else to turn so I made a post on Facebook explaining my situation and how I wasn’t getting help from any of my doctors and everybody was commenting to go here to be seen to get help. So I did and let’s just say it was the best decision I ever made because not only did Amy Hoop listen to me, she understood me. I will absolutely be going to Amy Hoop from now on for any primary needs or urgent needs! She showed me there are still good people out here that want to help you! Thank you so much Amy, you earned a new patient :)

Saturday afternoon, my girlfriend got a treble fishing hook stuck in her backside, and when we called at 4:30, they got us right in and treated her with so much care and attention. They had that sucker out in like 15 minutes. Fast, safe, and reliable treatment. Thank you so much girls!

Amy and Alicia are the best. They take time to listen. They treat you as an equal and actually care about what's best for you. It not all about the money here. Total Point has made it incredibly affordable to been seen. It was much cheaper for me to pay for blood work out of pocket than to even use my Insurance. I would definitely recommend Total Point for any of your needs!.
