Extremely happy with the service we received. We were having an issue with our sump pump and Zack had someone out to our house within 2 days. Justin was extremely friendly and not only quickly resolved the issue, but also took the time to explain what was wrong and what to be on the lookout for in the future. He also provided an estimate for a future replacement without any pressure to agree to anything immediately, which I really appreciated. 10/10 would call again.

We hired total plumbing to replace all of our polybutylene pipes in our new house after the inspector recommended we completely replaced them.They sent Justin over super quick and he was very clean and did awesome work. Talked us through everything he was doing and even explained why the polybutylene pipe was not recommended. Will definitely be using Justin from total plumbing again for all my plumbing problems. Over all a great experience from the whole company. Very friendly people.
