Shane and the crew are very professional. Right from the quote to the cleanup. I had a large tree removed from a tight back yard and another tree trimmed.They got it done as promised. Left the yard clean, and charged me what they quoted.

I was introduced to TLS when they took down a diseased elm on my property on behalf of the city. Since they were going to be on the property anyway, I'd asked for a price to take down two other trees in the same yard. They said something like "we'll call you with a price when we're onsite". Since I would be working out of town when they arrived, I took down the car shelter under the two additional trees to make everything nice and easy. They didn't even bother to call. So. . . If you're a private citizen looking to have tree work completed, I'd encourage you to consider other, better reputed tree services. They got two stars instead of one , because at least the work they did on the diseased elm (for the city, a customer they actually cared about), was respectable. As a private note to TLS, thanks for wasting my time. I'm really enjoying reassembling the car shelter.

Had a tree in our front yard that was dying, overgrown, dropping branches daily, and was blocking a lot of light from coming into our house. Emailed Shane about getting an estimate for a tree removal and he was very quick to respond with an estimate (which was very reasonable) as well as confirmation of which tree we wanted removed. He was very prompt in setting up a time to get it done and was very efficient in the removal; his team was quick, professional, and left no mess! Our entire experience from start to finish was excellent and Shane ensured that we were happy with the work as well as updating us on the progress which was great to have. Customer service is next level! Would highly recommend using TLS for any tree work you need done. Happy to support a great local business!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Had a 30 foot spruce come down on our house in this crazy 70 km/h wind today and not only did Shane and his coworker come from Brandon to Rivers and have the job DONE within an hour and a half, he did it over 30% cheaper than the guys in town. Highly highly recommend. Thank you guys
