From our very first phone call to sch an appointment and speaking with Jennifer to our exam with Cayden and Dr Gainey we were made to feel welcome and calm all anxiety as this was our first experience concerning hearing loss. Professorial, above and beyond explaining what to expect, what each step was assessing to out the door hands down the Very Best!We left feeling very confident on our new journey dealing with hearing loss as we deal with aging or like my wife likes to say “ becoming more mature”I look forward to this journey with Dr Gainey and her team ♥️
