My appointment today was very productive and carried out in a very caring and professional manner. I was made totally at ease as was my Son who accompanied me to this appointment. At every stage of the assessment it was clearly explained to me the function of the test. Thank you again for making this next step so painless. Thank you also to the Receptionist who was very welcoming on our arrival for the appointment. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to others.Just had a follow up meeting to ensure everything was going well. Dr Wiedermann made several minor changes which she felt would be beneficial. She also went over the recommended daily cleaning schedule to keep the hearing aids in good order. I am very happy with the services provided by Dr Wiedermann and a special mention about Sasha front office coordinator she is a gem and always very friendly and welcoming.As a Retired RN/Nursing Home Manager from the Uk I had a good idea what I was looking for to deal effectively with my Hearing Issues. I have found exactly what I was looking for in Dr Wiedermann and couldn’t be happier.
