My 99 year old mother was visiting from out of town when her receiver wire broke. Jennifer was a great help She was able to set up a temporary fix until we are able to order a new ear mold. She did this while we waited. My mom nor I are patients, but she treated us like we were. Thank you so much Jennifer!
