I walked in to the Glen Lakes office today hoping for a same-day earwax removal because I was so plugged up (gross, I know). The lady at the front desk was so funny and kind, and called multiple locations to squeeze me in before they closed for the weekend <3 I got my ears cleaned at their new Parker location with Dr. Angela John and let's just say I am never going back to urgent care or my PCP for this!! Most comfortable (yes, comfortable!) and thorough cleaning of all time, plus I got to see how disgusting my earwax was and how clean my ears were afterwards. Super satisfying and as a huge bonus, Dr. Angela was so, so personable and caring. This is an amazing establishment and the staff makes it great -- I will be going back forever :)
