I loved the excellent care and customer service I received. They listened to me ( I know right-what else would you expect from a hearing clinic). I originally started with Total Hearing years ago but switched when I moved to the other side of town. I have been to other hearing clinics around the area: one was good but the Doc retired, one was rude, at the big box store, I was just a number, and at a chain clinic they were only interested in getting me to take advantage of the one day special that seemed to happen every month. I returned to Total Hearing last month. A longer drive for me but I was so impressed by their service. Top quality products, caring staff, great customer service, and audiologists who listened and care. Thank you.
