As a retired RN, I couldn’t be happier with the service and care my 92 year old mother received at Total Hearing at the Preston Road location. Our initial consult and extensive testing resulted in her purchase of hearing aids. She has worn them everyday without any major issues. Somewhat of a pleasant surprise for me as I expected much dissatisfaction from her. That never happened! She can hear very well and be a part of many family occasions with babies and toddlers running around. That was 2 months ago! They encourage you to return for follow ups and tweets as needed. No extra charge. The office staff is the best, and we couldn’t be happier with the care received by Dr. Wiedermann and Dr. John. It’s worth the investment to go with the best!
