Total Hearing Care

The environment is very quiet and comforting. The staff is friendly and professional. The audiologist had a good command of her field. I feel very confident and comfortable giving my Ongoing hearing issues to them. Probably the best overall environment and education that I have had in the 20 years of worn hearing aids.

Dr. Was very kind came to my apartment because I am not very mobile. She was very good at speaking clearly and distinctly so that I could understand her before I got the hearing aids. I am sure she practices she was very patient with me and did an excellent job.

As a retired RN, I couldn’t be happier with the service and care my 92 year old mother received at Total Hearing at the Preston Road location. Our initial consult and extensive testing resulted in her purchase of hearing aids. She has worn them everyday without any major issues. Somewhat of a pleasant surprise for me as I expected much dissatisfaction from her. That never happened! She can hear very well and be a part of many family occasions with babies and toddlers running around. That was 2 months ago! They encourage you to return for follow ups and tweets as needed. No extra charge. The office staff is the best, and we couldn’t be happier with the care received by Dr. Wiedermann and Dr. John. It’s worth the investment to go with the best! My visit was so good. Everyone was very friendly . The doctor who did my hearing test was a joy, explained everything, made me feel comfortable. She showed me changes on my phone and how to use them. She answered my questions and I left their office hearing so, so much better!!!

Everyone was so sweet and caring! The receptionist was very kind and patient. Dr.Wiedermann was very thorough and addressed all my concerns. My only regret is I didn’t go to Total Hearing sooner!!

I recently took my hearing aid in for their annual inspection with Total Hearing and was greatly appreciative from the assistance by their staff member. She also assisted in rectifying an issue with pairing of my aids, along with answering several questions on battery replacement. Fantastic customer service! 👍

Went I. For more supplies and a little repair. They were wonderful and taught me the secret of putting a plastic piece on my hearing aides. Was a fabulous experience

Very good service when I arrived. You would get 5 stars but I had previously left at least 3-4 messages and asked for a call-back. But no one ever called.
