Total Hearing Care

Total hearing hearing aids and staff are absolutely amazing. This was the best decision I could make and the best suggestion total hearing made for the hearing aids that I completely love. So small cannot tell i have anything in my ear canals and cannot see them at all. They have made a truly positive impact on my hearing and my life. Thank you to everyone and total hearing coit road and Campbell rd. You all are the most incredible providers on my medical team. Thank you.

The front office team at Total Hearing Care is phenomenal. These lovely ladies are friendly, caring, approachable, and a joy to talk to. Everything they do is excellent. I am always happy to see them. Thank you for helping me and setting my mind at ease when I visited yesterday. You both were a lifesaver and a blessing! ❤️

I recently purchased a new cell phone and moved from android to an iPhone. After the purchase and transfer of files, I could not completely "pair" my new phone with my hearing devices. I stopped by the Total Hearing Care office to ask for assistance. The office personnel were outstanding. They made my "need" their priority. The usual fix mechanism did not correct the issue to THEIR level of satisfaction and they continued diligently until the issue was totally resolved. This is another example of the dedicated group at Total Hearing Care. BTW, they refused to charge me for the service. Great people dedicated to their patients. I highly recommend them!

I have been going to total hearing care for at least a decade. My experience has been very good. Their doctors and their staff are very caring and understanding. I am happy to recommend them.

I have been a customer with Total Hearing Care since 2006 for all my hearing care. Great service and care from all the Doctors and staff over these years. Over the past 3+ years I have been seen and cared for by Dr. Lisa Redman at the Cambell Rd. location. Dr. Redman is an exceptional Aud. D., always providing 110% customer care, genuinely concerned that her patients leave the office satisfied. She always amazes me when a challenge arises with hearing care needs and she finds away to solve it and it meets my needs. I will be retiring in Feb.2026 and plan to move out east and I will miss Dr. Redman and her genuine care dearly, as well as the office ladies that assist me at times.
