The guys from Total Appliances Service really came through for us when our dryer's motor recently went out. They were prompt, honest, knowledgeable, and fair with their service and fee pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future and highly recommend them for your dryer or any appliance repair needs!

I guess there’s always a first time for my first bad review. Sadly, this company needs better management. Maybe they’re just disorganized and lacking business knowledge. Here you go, Total Appliances — deserving of 1 star (the minimum allowed). No accountability, no follow-through, terrible customer service, no safe way to make payment besides over the phone, and they didn’t fix the issue. Full of “I’ll call you back” and excuses. A total waste of time and money. Run from this company. Totally do not recommend. I truly hope they improve, because everyone deserves the chance to run a successful business — but customers also deserve to get what they paid for.

I had a great experience with the repair of my Thermador oven. The techs were prompt, professional and very knowledgable of what needed to be done to bring our 20 year old oven back to life. The price was very reasonable when compared to Thermador factory service. Thank you Total Appliance.

Very bad experience with this company. I called to get my gas dryer fixed, and the technician said a part needed to be replaced. They ordered the wrong part the first time, and after finally installing the correct one, the dryer only worked for a few days before it stopped heating again. Since it was still under warranty, I called back — they replaced another part, and once again it only worked for a load or two. That’s when the customer service completely fell apart. They said they’d call me back but never did, and both of their phone lines were always “busy.” I had to dial *67 just to get someone to answer. When they finally scheduled another visit, I received a voicemail saying the technician was on the way and would arrive in 20 minutes — but no one ever showed up. When I called to ask what happened, the man on the phone was extremely rude, refused to reschedule, told me to find another company, and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience — I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

He did a great job, was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also helpful in anticipating potential issues in the future with other elements of the kitchen arrangement. Will work with again happily. 👍🏻

Same day appointment. Came within 90 minutes! Had to order a part. Fixed the very next day! Very fair price. Smart and communicative team. Would absolutely recommend!

I called this company asking whether they serve Northern Virginia twice. First time I dialed the 301 number. A person answered and said no. I called the 703 number again thinking perhaps, there are two locations and the same dude picked up and sounded very nasty on the phone, "I told you we don't server that area" and hung up on me. I left speechless. Rude and disrespectful.
