I guess there’s always a first time for my first bad review. Sadly, this company needs better management. Maybe they’re just disorganized and lacking business knowledge.
Here you go, Total Appliances — deserving of 1 star (the minimum allowed). No accountability, no follow-through, terrible customer service, no safe way to make payment besides over the phone, and they didn’t fix the issue. Full of “I’ll call you back” and excuses. A total waste of time and money. Run from this company. Totally do not recommend.
I truly hope they improve, because everyone deserves the chance to run a successful business — but customers also deserve to get what they paid for.
