Total Access Elevators & Lifts

After some bumps in the road, Total Access made everything right and added features to fix the problem. They were there when we needed them. My wife loves the elevator.

Absolute fantastic service. If want the job done right, look no further.

Company is inflexible on providing service and it takes forever for them to get parts. They will not order a part without a deposit , seem to have very little parts inventory, and they have no credit policy. They have some good technicians and some technicians who are not so good. Would highly recommend you look elsewhere. At least four of the five star reviews are the owner and employees. They have and exclusive territory so there is no incentive for them to be competitive on service or price.

Excellent service !! My aunt chair decides to work when it wants. I called after hours and Courtney came out the next day and services it! She ensured us that if it malfunctions again (even though it shouldn’t because she made sure EVERYTHING was up and running before leaving) that she’s always a call away. Thank you total access!! My aunt is very pleased with the services.

Excellent service! My aunt chair hasn’t been working and I scheduled an appointment for it to be serviced. Courtney came out on time and made sure everything was working fine before leaving. She is now able to use her chair without problems.

We just purchased a new home at the Siena Place which we decided to get a brand new elevator put in. They use total access to install the elevator. I did had to call service about 5-6 times being it was a brand new elevator to get some adjustments done for it to work properly. I was able to get them to come out very quickly to get my elevator fix every time which is awesome. There’s a lock switch inside the elevator at the top of the door which you suppose to manually push in the event the door doesn’t open on it’s open but since it’s quite high and I’m quite short I address my concerns about getting stuck inside and Todd the owner was very accommodating and found a solution. They made me a meter stick which I can use to hit the switch manually in the event I get stuck inside the elevator by myself and unable to reach. Thanks for the great customer service. If you’re considering getting a resident elevator I would recommend this place.

My service from the young lady Courtney was excellent. She was very polite and she did amazing job fixing my uncle chair and made sure everything was working right. Thank you for your service again.

The young lady was very knowledgeable about the install of my chair. She was quick, on time and didn't make much of a mess. Clean up after herself and instructed me on how to work it properly. Thank you total access for having her come out. I will always request her if anything should malfunction on my lift.

Excellent experience!!! The men were very professional and knew their product. They made sure we were comfortable using the stair lift before they left!! Our friends have had excellent service experiences also. They will come out for service immediately!! One of our best investments every!!!

Been trying to get Total Access to come out and repair our chair lift. both my parents use it in a DAILY basis. We relayed this to Total Access, they didn't seem to care and told us we still had to wait because they don't like servicing one place in an area. They said they would call back multiple times and never did, and I was on hold for 15 minutes before anyone picked up and they were rude when they did.
