I have been a client of this clinic for many years, and the experience has always been positive. Jamie is a great doctor, offers proper information and is easy to get along with. I have recommended others to the clinic and there feedback was also positive.

I moved and needed to find a new and closer chiropodist, and Jamie made the experience excellent. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything easily, I'm looking forward to my new orthotics in a few weeks! Came in for a month checkup on the new orthotics, he tweaked them a bit and they feel great. I go back again next week to see how this new tweak is working. They really care here and the customer service is excellent.

Dr. Iman Ostadmirzaei is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated to care about his patients. It is a great pleasure to watch him working on my nails. I am very satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend this clinic.

I had an appointment at end of October with Dr Ostadmirzael. I went in because I had foot pain following a lot of running. He proceeded to look at my foot for maybe 10 seconds, said it’s plantar fasciitis and then proceeded to try and sell me orthotics the entire time. He did not show any care for my injury or give me any advice for treating it. Clearly just trying to make more money selling me orthotics. Very poor level of care and unprofessional. Please don’t go here. There are many better foot clinics where they actually care about you and help you get better, and not just care about the money.

Unprofessional and unfair — do not recommend. I booked an appointment with Dr. Adrian Wong at the Toronto Foot Clinic after not being a patient for several years. The receptionist acknowledged this twice in the automated booking system and sent me intake forms, which I completed. On the day of my appointment, I went to the location I had attended in the past on Bay Street, only to discover the clinic had moved. At no point was I directly informed. I called the office multiple times and left a voicemail explaining the situation, but no one called me back. (The photo of the clinic on Google Reviews is still the old location I wen to to.) When I finally reached someone, the receptionist said the new address was in the confirmation email and that the move had been two years ago — with no apology. Burying such an important change in an automated email is not sufficient, especially since they knew I had not been a patient in years. Despite this, I was charged a $110 no-show fee for an appointment I could not attend due to their failure to communicate properly. It feels like the automatic system was used as an excuse not to speak with patients directly. This was punitive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. At no point in the last 2 years did I receive notice of the clinic moving, although I have always had the same contact information. And I certainly did not receive an apology for the convenience or an alternative appointment, just an immediate charge for an appointment that I missed because of lack of communication on the clinics part, and my their dodging of communicating with me. I strongly advise you do not book with this clinic — The unprofessional receptionist will not give you any information, especially if you are new.

I recently visited Toronto Foot Clinic & Orthotic Centre for custom orthotics and had the pleasure of being assisted by Dr. Iman Ostadmirzaei. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about his patients. He explained everything clearly and guided us through the process with patience. I am very satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Iman to anyone in need of orthotic care.

I had a 9:00am appointment with Dr. Imran. I arrived to find out he was delayed with no ETA and no advance notice, despite knowing he was stuck prior to the appointment time. When I arrived, there was no solution offered, uncertainty about when he’d arrive. Delays happen, but the lack of communication and regard for patients’ time felt unprofessional and disappointing.

As I was a new client, Caroline introduced herself upon my arrival, after which we had a lively and pleasant treatment while she efficiently improved the look and comfort of my feet. She suggested a very helpful add-on to my shoes to enhance comfort while walking. Thanks, Caroline, see you soon. Ena Currie

I’d like to book an appointment over the phone. The receptionist strongly recommended me to send her an email to book an appointment. She would like to reply to my email with all the available time. There is no problem for how they conduct their business, but just very weird for stopping me book an appointment through the phone. They could have asked my availability over the phone like other businesses. Why not?
