I’ve had such a great experience with Toronto Foot Clinic. From the very beginning, booking an appointment and communicating with the clinic was incredibly easy and efficient, which made the whole process stress-free. The biggest highlight, though, is Tetiana. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and truly outstanding at what she does. She handled my case with confidence and care, always taking the time to explain everything and making me feel comfortable. Every visit leaves me feeling relieved and reassured that I’m in the best hands. I only wish I had found this clinic sooner. I highly recommend Toronto Foot Clinic, and especially Tetiana, to anyone looking for expert foot care.

I am so grateful for Ms. Connie Christou. It's incredibly refreshing to have a practitioner who values your time by always being prompt, while still taking the absolute care to never rush through a treatment. Her meticulous attention to detail is remarkable, but what truly sets her apart is her wonderful, kind-hearted personality. When I first met Dr. Menakshi, I immediately felt I was in good hands. They are friendly, highly knowledgeable in their field, took the time to clearly explain my treatment options, and patiently answered all of my questions. At first, I felt the treatment was a bit pricey, but after experiencing the results—and especially the custom orthotics that worked wonders—I can confidently say it was well worth it. The only drawback was that the custom orthotics took a bit longer than expected to be ready. Other than that, I’m very happy with the overall experience. Extra kudos to Dr. Menakshi.

I’ve had such a good experience at this clinic. Dr. Connie Christou has been great! She diagnosed my plantar wart and started treatment that matched what I needed and my life style. She explained everything clearly. I appreciate her patience and care while providing treatment.

Dr. Caroline gave me a great customer service advising me what the treatments i need to have and gave me the option to choose which fits my goals, what could expedite healing and find more latest tech treatment for my case. I am going back for my next treatment and hoping for the best! She does a great job!!! Thank you :)

First time brilliant experience with podiatry/orthotics. Jamie and team are so lovely, helpful and take the time to explain everything. Such a nice clinic, would recommend 100%. I cannot recommend Tetiana enough! I came to her with a severely ingrown toenail that had become so painful it was preventing me from working. From the moment she started, I was struck by how gentle and careful she was, not once did she hurt me during the entire procedure. Tetiana is truly exceptional at what she does. Her skill, patience, and attention to detail made what I expected to be an uncomfortable experience completely stress-free. Thanks to her, I was back on my feet and back to work in no time. If you're dealing with any foot issue, don't hesitate, Tetiana is simply the best!

I had an appontment with Iman. He was very professional with me, explaining all the technical details with care and I really appreciate it. I did not feel rushed at any time and my experience was great! I highly recommend.

I had two medical pedicure appointments here after complaining about the first one, and unfortunately the second visit was no better. I came in with clear concerns about possible fungal nail changes and ingrown nails. Both times, my concerns were dismissed without proper evaluation, testing, or meaningful clinical explanation. I was simply told I did not have these issues, despite ongoing symptoms. After two visits, there was virtually no improvement. My nails were not adequately debrided, not properly shaped, and did not reflect the level of care expected from a medical service. For something marketed and priced as a medical pedicure, I expected thorough assessment and measurable results, not minimal intervention. Needing a second appointment to correct the first poor experience — and still leaving without improvement — is unacceptable. Very disappointing, especially given the clinical setting and cost.
