Dr. Caroline gave me a great customer service advising me what the treatments i need to have and gave me the option to choose which fits my goals, what could expedite healing and find more latest tech treatment for my case. I am going back for my next treatment and hoping for the best! She does a great job!!! Thank you :)

I cannot recommend Tetiana enough! I came to her with a severely ingrown toenail that had become so painful it was preventing me from working. From the moment she started, I was struck by how gentle and careful she was, not once did she hurt me during the entire procedure. Tetiana is truly exceptional at what she does. Her skill, patience, and attention to detail made what I expected to be an uncomfortable experience completely stress-free. Thanks to her, I was back on my feet and back to work in no time. If you're dealing with any foot issue, don't hesitate, Tetiana is simply the best!

I had an appontment with Iman. He was very professional with me, explaining all the technical details with care and I really appreciate it. I did not feel rushed at any time and my experience was great! I highly recommend.

I had two medical pedicure appointments here after complaining about the first one, and unfortunately the second visit was no better. I came in with clear concerns about possible fungal nail changes and ingrown nails. Both times, my concerns were dismissed without proper evaluation, testing, or meaningful clinical explanation. I was simply told I did not have these issues, despite ongoing symptoms. After two visits, there was virtually no improvement. My nails were not adequately debrided, not properly shaped, and did not reflect the level of care expected from a medical service. For something marketed and priced as a medical pedicure, I expected thorough assessment and measurable results, not minimal intervention. Needing a second appointment to correct the first poor experience — and still leaving without improvement — is unacceptable. Very disappointing, especially given the clinical setting and cost.

I have seen several foot doctors in Toronto. Jamie M is the best!He is such a great foot doctor- friendly and very knowledgeable. Seeing him for several years now for myself, my sister and my brother-in-law. Highly recommendable!

I recently visited Toronto Foot Clinic & Orthotic Centre for custom orthotics and had the pleasure of being assisted by Dr. Iman Ostadmirzaei. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about his patients. He explained everything clearly and guided us through the process with patience. I am very satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Iman to anyone in need of orthotic care.

I have been a client of this clinic for many years, and the experience has always been positive. Jamie is a great doctor, offers proper information and is easy to get along with. I have recommended others to the clinic and there feedback was also positive.

I moved and needed to find a new and closer chiropodist, and Jamie made the experience excellent. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything easily, I'm looking forward to my new orthotics in a few weeks! Came in for a month checkup on the new orthotics, he tweaked them a bit and they feel great. I go back again next week to see how this new tweak is working. They really care here and the customer service is excellent.

Caroline is fantastic and truly made up for another traumatic experience from a previous visit. If you can choose to go to her, highly recommend as she is patient, highly knowledgable and encouraging during what other wise is not the most pleasant interaction.
