Toptown Limo Ride

Toptown Limo is the absolute best!! We booked their brand new Maybach for my sons 18th Birthday and they had the best time, it was absolutely gorgeous!! They loved their driver Kevin, he was incredible! They also helped me work out some confusion on my part and made the whole process so easy!

Our family had the best time on our NYC Holiday Light Tour with Kevin on our Party Bus! Highly recommend during the Holiday Season! Sit back, have fun with your family and believe Kevin will get you to all the hot spots! We will be back!

the team at toptown limo are so great! this was our second time using this company’s car service! we noticed a little shake in the back end of the vehicle, so we let the driver know. he quickly responding saying he would let the company know. a few moments later, we were told that the dispatcher, dave, was going to upgrade our vehicle to an escalade at no cost to us. we were also given an extra hour towards our ride! rich was very accommodating & so friendly! would recommend this car service!

From start to finish, Top Town was superior. Their booking process was as smooth as could be. Any questions I had along the way were quickly answered. Our driver, Devan, was incredibly personable and efficient. We would personally request him for future rides!

Maurice was awesome, got there 15 mins early set up red carpet, had drinks in ice, balloons and my daughter's favorite song playing as she cane out to her surprise ride to her first concert! Communicated well as concert ended, ended late he waited, was a very nice guy! Party bus was so clean, nice smooth ride! Would definitely recommend

We had “Jack” as our driver for the wedding party bus and everything went smoothly. On time arrival perfect transportation of the wedding party to and from the church. I had lots of choices and spoke with many companies in the area but TopTown Limo was selected because of their professionalism and up front information in the quotation stage. The cost was lower than other companies and they had the perfect size party bus. I will definitely use them again for daughter #2 😎😎😎😎

Jack is the best driver! He was so kind and patient with our family when we went into the city on Christmas Eve. Would highly, highly recommend him.

On our trip to the airport Donato was amazing!! He was patient, courteous and helped with our family. He was amazing and even when we were late he waited for us and was professional and confident. He got us to the airport and even walked us to check in - and kept watchful eye over our family and children as if they were his own- hands down a gentleman!! On our return we had Daven- he was outstanding- after a long trip he was sociable, kind to our sleeping children and made the ride home smooth and easy. This company has been around for some time and now I see why.

We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday in NYC and we had a fabulous time! Kevin our driver was prompt, professional and courteous. We rented the Mercedes Maybach. The red carpet rolled out and we were on our way. The Mercedes was so roomy and fit 12 people comfortably! I highly recommend Toptown limo for your next ride! Make sure you ask for Kevin (Keith :-) ).

Our driver arrived 10 minutes late to pick us up. He was not friendly. He did not open the door for us. The Bluetooth stereo did not work in the limo and we had to listen to the radio. He was not very helpful when we asked him for help. The limo itself was dirty and older. For the amount of money I spent I would’ve expected better service and a cleaner space.
