We had Cole come in and price putting a 240 long by 10 wide driveway into our property as well as clear up and remove some dead trees and shrubs left at the bottom of the cleared site by the previous property owner. Topside did a professional job, in a timely manner, and within our budget. Would highly recommend!

His crew did and excellent job leveling our steep and rough terrain. A total team effort with aĺ working toward one goal, get the job done and done correctly. I'll be calling again.

This team was excellent on my driveway face-lift! Upon building of my house the contractor installed the wrong stones and did not prepare the driveway for run off rain from the road and neighboring properties. This driveway has been a mess for 8 years of the 15 that it was installed. Cole jumped in with knowledge and confidence to repair my bumpy, torn up driveway. Installing multi drain options to allow the water run off to have various channels to flow rather than cutting through the driveway. They repaired damage to my culverts from trucks running over them, and repaired wear and tear from mail carrier, and Vdot's failure to slop the edge of the road to the driveway. I have never been so excited for construction like I was for this repair! Done in less time than expected with a few little extras along the way! Very pleased is an understatement! Highly recommend!!

Thank you Cole! The driveway looks great. Banks tapered back where I can mow and the cut out through the hill should relieve the water that has backed up into my basement for years.

Unfortunately Cole said he'd come back and rework some grading that was not done as requested and has not responded to my texts. He was not the cheapest estimte ww received for the work but he came recommended by a neighbor. I hesitate to recommend him due to his lack of follow thru.

I contacted Topside Brush Control for a new construction build on a property that was full of cedar trees, and under brush. He was very timely in working me into his schedule through the multiple winter storms to get the property cleaned in time to start the build. The job looks much better than I could have imagined once completed. Very worth the cost. No clean up and bulk piles of trees to haul off. I highly suggest giving them a call if you need Forest under brush or new construction site with major trees on the lot. Very professional and great to work with.

Cole was very professional and came out and gave me a detailed estimate for what I needed completed on my property. The job was completed when scheduled and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended and will be using again in the future.
