The Inspection Report determined That Is a Lie - Top To Bottom Inspection Services, LLC3 years agoDon't take a chance of getting Bat-Smacked.
www.toptobottominspectionservices.com - Top To Bottom Inspection Services, LLC3 years agoFencing in direct contact with soil. Fence should be installed at least 2" ABOVE grade to prevent excessive moisture/water damage to fence.

I 100% recommend Eli of Top to Bottom Inspection Services.
He is a true professional and is evident he takes pride in his work. He delivered an outstanding product. After paying an inspector who provided a kindergarten level report, (the current condition of the gutters was described as “ALUMINUM” and the condition of the roof was “ASPHALT” - that’s it?!) we fortunately found Eli. It was worth every penny to have Eli conduct a second inspection. He was extremely thorough and provided an extensive inspection report. This is our sixth house purchase and by far the best inspection experience.

Elijah was got to my clients home inspection fast and got the report back to me quickly so that my clients could make a decision as to move forward or back out. He also answers the phone unlike professionals in the industry. I will definitely use him again .
