I got an annual inspection before my home warranty expires with Eli. He was able to get me scheduled for the next day, arriving as scheduled and very professional. He was thorough and informative, walking me through what to address prior to warranty expiration. After paying an inspector who provided a kindergarten level report, (the current condition of the gutters was described as “ALUMINUM” and the condition of the roof was “ASPHALT” - that’s it?!) we fortunately found Eli. It was worth every penny to have Eli conduct a second inspection. He was extremely thorough and provided an extensive inspection report.
