Easy to schedule, I hate talking on the phone and the entire encounter was done through email and text which I highly appreciated. Scheduled and inspection done the next day. Had a few hiccups and he had to return, thankfully return fee isn't anywhere near the original cost. Report is to the point, easy to understand, color coded and included pictures and videos of anything they considered an issue.
