I had my home inspection yesterday, and it went very well. Eli did an excellent job thoroughly explaining all the issues and areas of concern he identified, along with clear recommendations for addressing them. He also provided helpful tips on how to properly maintain and care for the home moving forward. Overall, the inspection was informative and gave me a much better understanding of the property’s condition.

I 100% recommend Eli of Top to Bottom Inspection Services. He is a true professional and is evident he takes pride in his work. He delivered an outstanding product. After paying an inspector who provided a kindergarten level report, (the current condition of the gutters was described as “ALUMINUM” and the condition of the roof was “ASPHALT” - that’s it?!) we fortunately found Eli. It was worth every penny to have Eli conduct a second inspection. He was extremely thorough and provided an extensive inspection report. This is our sixth house purchase and by far the best inspection experience.

I got an annual inspection before my home warranty expires with Eli. He was able to get me scheduled for the next day, arriving as scheduled and very professional. He was thorough and informative, walking me through what to address prior to warranty expiration. I got an inspection with another company prior to home purchase and Eli was able to point out a few things that the other company missed. I would recommend based upon my own personal experience.
