The Inspection Report determined That Is a Lie - Top To Bottom Inspection Services, LLC4 years agoDon't take a chance of getting Bat-Smacked.
www.toptobottominspectionservices.com - Top To Bottom Inspection Services, LLC4 years agoFencing in direct contact with soil. Fence should be installed at least 2" ABOVE grade to prevent excessive moisture/water damage to fence.

Eli was a joy to work with. He did the inspection on the home we are looking to purchase. He was thorough in his inspection and explained everything to us so we fully understood. He got us scheduled quickly and was even understanding when we needed to reschedule. He got our inspection report in the same day to us and our realtor which helped us keep things moving quickly. I had my home inspection yesterday, and it went very well. Eli did an excellent job thoroughly explaining all the issues and areas of concern he identified, along with clear recommendations for addressing them. He also provided helpful tips on how to properly maintain and care for the home moving forward. Overall, the inspection was informative and gave me a much better understanding of the property’s condition.
