Did a lot of research during the off season to select a new tax preparation service. I interviewed several managers. Brian Cook most impressed me. During the interview he was personable, knowledgeable and appeared competent. He was calm and didn't rush through my basic questions. After making an appointment a detailed list of documents was provided which we brought with us. My wife and I anticipated turning over the documents and being contacted in a few weeks to finalize the submission. We were shocked and pleased after less than an hour when Brian showed us the completed tax return and then electronically submitted it. Much better, and less expensive, than the CPA group we had previously used. Beyond five star service.
