Outstanding organization to work with. Representative was early to his appointment, but called ahead to ensure it was okay. Got a text from their office confirming the appointment and also got a text with a picture of the tech that would arrive, for additional security. They were efficient and courteous. Top Hat is top notch and I couldn’t imagine using another company for my chimney needs.

Top Hat Chimney recently replace our roof due to hail damage. They were VERY professional and provided excellent workmanship in a timely manner. They provided a very reasonable estimate and once the contract was signed, they did everything they said they would and more. I would highly recommend this company

Have used 'Top Hat' faithfully for over twenty-five years. This year will sadly be the last... Felt like I was at a car mechanic trying to make his bills for the next six months...off my invoice! Nope, nope, nope. They made the 'lifetime' repairs three years ago, and they recommended them again today for safety. I will be getting another opinion, thank you. Next time, Sir, please check the addresses for tickets, not just the name. We rotated the expense, and it was under a different name.

Ezra C. Was very thorough and answered all of my questions and explained in detail of his findings. He was courteous and well communicated prior to and during inspection/cleaning. I know very little about fireplaces so it's important to have someone that is thorough and takes the time to explain things to their customer. I would recommend this company for your fireplace/chimney maintenance/repair needs. Thank you Top Hat and Ezra for being truly professional in what you do.

I’ve used these people to inspect my flue and stove pipe every year but this year took the wood stove out to install a pellet stove. I found two holes in the stove pipe inside the house and it’s a miracle the house didn’t burn so I would not trust the reports they do. I called to report it to them in case they had a problem with a camera or employee but have not got a call back. Be careful. Update review. Was contacted by owner Jake and made him aware of the issue. He was very professional and courteous. Occasionally things just happen and can't be explained. He was very concerned and Im sure is already checking things out so this doesn't happen again. Thanks
