So happy with the project Andrew handled at our house. We had an overgrown, wooded lot with terrible stormwater drainage issues. He cleared the area, brought in loads of fill dirt, and made a "dry" creek bed to channel the stormwater into a culvert, and installed an outdoor pump for a low-lying area. He transformed our "problem" back yard into an oasis. He was easy to work with, very responsive, and always knew who to call for other services (tree removal, stump grinding, etc.). I'm happy to highly recommend Top Grade Services.

From start to finish Top Grade Services was exactly what I was hoping for in a company to fill my grading and landscaping needs. I cannot say enough positive things about Andrew and the work he did for us. Before the work started he not only showed up on time for my walk-through and quote but he came back a day or so later to confirm a few other things to ensure what he was pricing and planning was accurate – other companies missed their day for a quote. The project had a lot of moving parts and it turns out I would need a retaining wall too. Andrew has professional connections and puts me in contact with another company that I would also ask for a bid and I eventually used. It was a huge time saver that Andrew and the other company were in constant contact so I did not have to be a messenger or go-between when they had to coordinate something. I priced this out to multiple contractors and Andrew was by far the best price for the services I requested. This was my first significant yard project and Andrew was patient and willing to work with me on all aspects of the planning and execution. During the tree removal and grading we had a lot of rain and there were days work couldn’t be performed. Rather than wondering if anyone was showing up, Andrew would call or text me to keep me aware of the schedule. There was an issue that was no fault of Andrew’s and he came over early on a Saturday morning to try and help me fix it and I can’t thank him enough. Andrew is a man of his word and was a pleasure to work with.
