Truly outstanding service from start to finish. I can’t put into words how great the customer service was and how quickly and efficiently they got everything done. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and taken care of, especially on a day when I wasn’t in the best mood. This will absolutely be my go-to business if I ever have another issue with my keys, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional service.

Had a vehicle lockout late at night, and technician Miles came out within 20 minutes and unlocked less than five! Couldn’t be nicer and more gracious!

*edit* (I just wanted to update my rating. Yesterday the tech that came out called me after seeing my review and spent almost 5 minutes on the phone being irrate and upset about my rating. Then tried to give me $50 back to delete my review!! Definitely a shady place. Don't believe alot of the reviews they sound like bots go somewhere else!) The guy that did my car was on time and prompt which was a plus. However when he started quoting me #s i wanted to cry. I ended up having to pay $350 for a new key. Nothing had to be extracted or anything just a new key made. That was literally everything I had left. I'm a single mom of 3 on one low-income and had to give up the rest of my Christmas money to pay for my key. I HAVE to have my car because I have to be able to work. But $350 for a key is outrageous! I was thinking it would be like maybe $100/$150 like other people have paid. But no...it was $350 and the keys not even smooth when it turns its kind of choppy. Definitely disappointing 😞

I’m not very handy, so I appreciated how the technician broke things down in simple terms. He tested the locks with me after the repair to make sure everything worked perfectly. Great customer service.

If I was able to leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. But I just want to make the people aware of this company and how disrespectful they treated my husband. This afternoon had an incident with my 2 two-year-old, I had the truck running. I placed him in the front seat of the track I was going to drive it down to the shop to air up the tire. My two year old, it's all about buttons, and I should have known better, but he locked himself inside the the truck the truck was running AC. Was on so he was not in any life-threatening danger, but still as a new mom. I was petrified because not only were my keys locked inside but so was my spare. I had called this company to come and unlock it. The man that I spoke to said that it was going to take him 30 minutes. To get to my address. That was around 106, when I had talked with him over the phone. It was then 132. When me and my sister, both finally managed to get the truck unlocked. I called him back to let him know that his services were not needed. He told me there was still going to be a fee he was not at the property. Was nowhere near the location of my home? My husband called to talk about the fee. Seeing as how his services were not needed, he was disrespectful to my husband told him it was the best 50 bucks he ever got told him that I was lying that I was never even outside that I was inside the home. When that was not true, I have my sister and as well as my grandmother to attest that I guarantee you, if you were to ask the man what color or model and make my truck was, he would not be able to answer, for the fact that he was not there this is a very disrespectful company. I do not recommend you ever use them.

Jay was very quick and friendly with getting my car unlocked for me. Thank goodness because I had an iced coffee — there was still ice! He said 15 min but got here quicker. I recommend this service 100%.

Lost our dealer fob in Branson at a large venue while on Thanksgiving vacation. Thomas came out to the venue parking lot and worked enthusiastically and persistently (in the rain) to get us going again so we could travel back to TX on time. Pricing was fair and communication was clear up front. Though I hope we never need this particular service again (🙏🏻), I’d call these guys without hesitation!

Absolutely horrible experience like many others the gentleman made the key backwards and then said oh it'll work the same. He lied, he lied about making more if it didn't work and they aren't even Americans. He was scared and assumed I was lying about my location because we own land. They are disrespectful and distasteful people and refuse to correct any wrongdoings. Rather it be $35 or $140 which I was quoted prior to that he tried to get me to pay $250, you should still do your job effectively. I'll add the photos of the tech and the weirdo that tried to call me again and disrespect me because he can barely understand English in a country that speaks it.

Jonny was very helpful re keying my car. He showed up fast and was quick to help me. I would use them again definitely.
