They’re a family run company and you can really tell - their prices are incredibly affordable, service is flexible and they’re very hands on. All issues were dealt with super smoothly. I honestly can’t recommend Tooting Carpets enough. I went in first thing in the morning in a real panic because the carpet in my bedroom, second bedroom, and stairs was completely ruined. I run an Airbnb, so I urgently needed everything sorted the same day. From the moment I walked in, the service was incredible. They understood the urgency straight away and somehow managed to supply and fit all the carpets on the very same day, which is honestly unheard of. The fitting was professional, fast, and the finish looks amazing. The place feels brand new again. The price was very competitive, especially considering the speed and quality of the work. No hidden costs, no stress, just honest and reliable service. A special shout-out to Zaman at Tooting Carpets and funnily enough, my name is also Zaman! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job. If you’re going there, ask for Zaman – he’s the best. If you need carpets urgently or just want top-quality service at a fair price, Tooting Carpets is the place to go. Brilliant service and range. The guys were super communicative, able to match my carpet sample and arrange delivery and fitting within a week at a much better price than the main carpet brands. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Within 15 mins of walking into the shop, I had selected the carpet for my stairs, agreed a price, paid a deposit arranged a date for the old carpet to be removed and taken away and the new carpet installed. Everything went to plan with no complaints. Will definitely use again and recommend their services. I promised I would leave a review, so here it is.

Absolutely brilliant. Couldn't believe the price. More than half the quote from another place for the same carpet (100% wool Cormar) underlay, gripper all in. And lightning fitting. Looks fabulous. Would highly recommend these boys. Another fantastic job from Tooting Carpets. No fuss ordering. Can do attitude. Very competitive pricing on exactly the wool carpet I had sampes for. Fitting booked within the week. The fitting boys were brilliant. It was a tricky weirdly shaped room but they were quick and it looks stunning. I am so pleased. I have wanted to replace the carpet for years, and I couldn't be happier.

I highly recommend Tooting carpets I have been beyond impressed !I don’t often write reviews but I just had to share my experience with this fantastic company.From the initial measuring service I was really impressed , Hyder was quick and knowledgable and by the time I arrived at the shop he had pulled out the samples that he recommended and they were spot on which saved me hours of looking through sample books ! The quote was literally unbeatable you will Save yourself a significant amount of money using them! It was a big job but they made me feel confident in my choices as it’s nerve racking making the right decision for the majority of your house and the management team were patient and helpful with all my queries. When one of the carpets didn’t arrive on the expected time in the day of my fitting Tooting carpets went above and beyond to apologise and fitted a few more of my rooms in the higher end carpet I chose completely on them which was just unbelievable.I have to mention the fitters Satpal Singh and Mohit these guys were respectful and so hard working , they are highly skilled and layed the carpet faultlessly and nothing was a problem for them , they worked so hard.The carpet is amazing quality and pure luxury ,it has transformed my home. I can’t thank all of you enough and I shall be recommending you to anyone who needs carpet !! Natasha 🙂
