I first found Dr. T while looking for a second opinion on some dental work for my son, and I’m so thankful we did! From the very first visit, she and her team made us feel completely comfortable and cared for. They’re so responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and take the time to explain everything in detail — never rushing us or making us feel unheard. What I love most is how patient and kind they are with my son. He’s naturally curious, always full of questions, and likes to move around a bit during appointments — and they handle it all with such grace and understanding. They truly see him as a person, not just a patient, and that means so much to me as a parent. Leaving, my son says, “That was fun!” — and honestly, what more could you ask for from a kids’ dentist? The whole team is so sweet, gentle, and genuinely loves what they do. We couldn’t be happier to have found Dr. T and her amazing staff. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a caring and wonderful dental experience for their child!

My boys LOVE going to Tooth Clues. The moment you walk into the office you are greeted by a welcoming and kind staff. The little touches with kid friendly activities, treasure chest and the name board really make this place so very special. Whenever I have a question they are happy to answer and listen to my concerns. They give great recommendations and truly go above and beyond to make my boys comfortable. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful pediatric dentistry. We would absolutely recommend Dr. T.

I cannot recommend Tooth Clues enough. From the onset Dr. Takiar took the time to explain the process to help our then 9 week old son with his tongue and lip tie over the phone. Our first visit was extremely thorough and informative and we left feeling confident in our decision and knew our aftercare duties to ensure a successful outcome. Dr. Takiar gave us additional resources for body work to help our son. Dr. Takiar’s staff is equally as wonderful and meticulous in ensuring our comfort and confidence in a difficult time. Post tongue and lip release 4 weeks later I can say we have a completely different baby - he is happy, well fed, less tense and does not scream in pain anymore. My only wish was we found Tooth Clues sooner.

Brought my daughter in for suspicions of a lip tie. Left with both her lip and tongue released that day, plus follow up appointments booked. The staff was so incredibly nice. Dr. T is so knowledgeable. My breast-feeding journey is a complete 180 after seeing them! Highly recommend, the insurance billing is a little tricky, but absolutely worth it.

My family has been coming to Tooth Clues for a few years now. We always have the best experience! Our kids actually enjoy going to the dentist. All of the staff are amazing with kids and so gentle and patient. The office is fun with an interactive game and TV in the waiting room , TVs in the cleaning area, and cool tooth detective decorations on the wall. Everything is clean and bright. Great location near downtown Leesburg with dedicated parking spots.

We took our energetic 4-year-old to get his tooth treated, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he received! The entire team was so patient, gentle, and kind from start to finish. They explained everything calmly and made sure he felt safe and comfortable the whole time. They did a wonderful job — very professional, thoughtful, and respectful of our child’s pace. I’m so thankful we found this dental office!

Dr. T and her staff are amazing. We started coming here when my son was 3 weeks old for a frenectomy and because the staff was so friendly and efficient, we have stuck with them even though we don’t live in the area. I strongly recommend this practice to anyone wanting a positive dental experience for their kids!

We absolutely LOVE tooth clues. My kids love it so much they treat it like a holiday when we have an appointment. The staff is so wonderful with them, and I trust everyone there. They can watch tv, earn prizes, and the environment is super welcoming and fun. Such a positive start for them and I am so appreciative for that!

They went out of their way to make sure my four-year-old son felt comfortable, taking the time to explain each procedure in a way he could understand. Their gentle and caring approach made what could have been a stressful experience very positive. If you are looking for a dentist who is willing to work with you and your child, Dr. Takiar is definitely the one! I was referred to her from my son's Orthodontist, who knew I had left a larger Pediatric practice and was looking. I told him I needed a dentist that was going to work with my daughter and her fears. He immediately said, "I have the perfect dentist for you." My initial call, I left a voicemail and Dr. Takiar herself called me back on a Saturday and took a lot of time listening to my situation. When I expected her to say, "no, I dont think we can do that.." she instead said, "Yes, no problem.. we can work with her, and we can try this and get her comfortable." I felt a huge sense of relief! Long story short, my daughter had 6 teeth extracted by Dr. Takiar at age 7, and had the most amazing Anesthesiologist who worked along side to make the process as easy as possible. She has made my daughter trust the dentist again and she looks forward to seeing Dr. Takiar and her team of staff who are equally as amazing. And even now, when my daughter gets stressed about something, she always talks it out with her and asks, "What about this makes you uncomfortable.." and if it there is an alternative for it, she always tries.. just to make the child comfortable. It is her approach and the trust she builds that sets her apart. I appreciate that she handles the billing herself and is always up front and transparent when it comes to fees. No rude office and accounting staff here! She is truly a doctor who cares about her clients and it shows in everything she does.
