Nothing special at all. Ad say half off big box stores. Saw a hammer for $24.95. Said everything is brand new, but website says reconditioned Dewalt tools. Everything in boxes so you can't see if anything is damaged or missing. I ll take my chances with Home Depot. His stuff looks like auction merchandise.

Awesome people! My company uses them to rebuild our tools and they always do a great job. They also have a great selection of tools to purchase.

Great customer service & knowledgeable people (not scammers) even explained to me the better option for my needs, purchased a new dewalt 1/2” drill for the price of replacing the keyless chuck kit, this is my new go to place

I've always had a good experience here. You can get excellent tools for unbeatable prices if you know what you're looking for. I always start here if I'm looking for new tools. Same price as HF (or less) for actually good brands. Good people, too.

I ordered a part and they said it would take a week to ten days. When that didn't happen I called back and they told be it would ship in about one week. It didn't show up - I called back and this time they told me the part was on backorder since January (this was March). When I questioned the time I'd been given I was told that NO one there said that (there's only two people at that business) - in other words I was a liar.

Always super friendly, answer any questions you might have without hesitation, if there is a way they can help you out (price, shipping cost, searching for a part you need and lots more), I mean anything. They have never told me no with a request I've had,or they have atleast researched it before telling me it is even possible or not. I have not found prices any cheaper than these fine folks offer. They earned s customer for life with me, I can guarantee that.

went in yesterday with a Dewalt cordless framer . they fixed the problem right on the spot . even do we had a proof of purchase problem. Great friendly people. they sure treated me right.

Do not order from this place these people are scammers. We ordered a parts kit only one screw came that doesn't even go to the item I ordered the part for. I don't know who these people are if it's even a real company all I know is they are full on scammers beware

Husband and wife team was very nice and helpful. They even gave me a discount on top of discount. The store is loaded with all kind of tools, check them out 👍🏽.
