Tony’s Plumbing in Riverview, FL, provided me with a wonderful experience. He was able to fix my water heater quickly and professionally, and I didn’t even need to use the new part that I am waiting for them to deliver through the water heater warranty company. Even better, I only paid the service fee for him to come to my home. After my home warranty denied my claim, I decided to cancel Choice Home Warranty altogether and rely on Tony directly from now on. Tony is truly a man of integrity. His honesty and kindness meant so much to me, especially as a widow navigating these things on my own. It’s rare to find someone in this field who genuinely cares and takes the time to help without trying to upsell or take advantage. I will absolutely continue using Tony’s Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs, and I’m happy to share his name with my neighbors as well. Tony is the type of plumber you always hope you get. I had a leaking sink emergency after hours, Tony was kind enough to not only make a special trip out to help me but also lend me a fan to help dry my carpets until I could fix the rest. Tony was amazing! After over a year of trying different plumbing services, Tony was finally able to fix our issue. He came out next day, arrived early, had everything on site that could be needed to diagnose and fix a complex issue, and even cleaned the floor before he left! Tony arrived at my home on time and was very professional! He did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my toilet and fixing it in no time. I also had an issue with my bathroom faucet that was not on his list of jobs to complete. He graciously agreed to take a look at it for me. He also diagnosed and fixed that issue in no time. Very very satisfied with this company. Tony came out and unclogged my toilet. He found tree roots had grown in the hole under the toilet and he took the time to remove them all. My toilet flushes so good now. He was very professional and such a pleasant person to speak with. I would use their service again.
