He was able to fix my water heater quickly and professionally, and I didn’t even need to use the new part that I am waiting for them to deliver through the water heater warranty company. Even better, I only paid the service fee for him to come to my home. After my home warranty denied my claim, I decided to cancel Choice Home Warranty altogether and rely on Tony directly from now on. Tony is truly a man of integrity. His honesty and kindness meant so much to me, especially as a widow navigating these things on my own. It’s rare to find someone in this field who genuinely cares and takes the time to help without trying to upsell or take advantage.
