I took hair cut and styling service recently. Was very impressed by their service. Mr. Raghu suggested me a style that was feminish and stylish at the same time. Whoever attended the call on 29 Jul 26 was very rude. I was not familiar with brand and if similar colors available . He said this is how it is done and when i added i am short on time , he said i can’t do anything. I am Shocked to the way a salon is treating a prospective customer. If treatment over phone is like this, wonder how it will be in person. In continuation with the review, I am Flabbergasted by the salon employees. They kept hounding me on calls till I picked up. Not even listening to my side of the call and siding the employee. When I finally got the chance to speak and brought out that the employee need not comment on my timings. He still was not willing to accept the rudeness of his employee and said i can again put a review and didn’t care as his point was conveyed.

Had an appointment with stylist Prasanna for a long overdue haircut. I had made a special request for the stylist to be extra gentle since I was recovering from a severe neck condition. Prasanna did a wonderful job with the haircut and was extra careful and super gentle as requested. I would highly recommend.

Came here for a haircut. Mr. Sajan, the senior stylist did an excellent job. He was very friendly and amazing. He assessed my hair really well, understood my preferences and took sufficient time to give me a perfect haircut. I’m very happy with my hairstyle and loved the final look. Don’t go here 1 st the receptionist gave me 2 option that for layer hair cut one with 1750 rs stylist or 2500 rs stylist (no cheaper option) I went with 1750 rs for layer cut 2nd the stylist kept on rejecting the references photos I showed him saying that they have thick hair and you have thin. ( I showed him long, short as well as influencers explaining their hair cut) he kept on saying I do have thin hair you can’t get that 3 rd I thought he will never agree with what I’m saying so I was like do what you know 4th he made my ends thin and uneven the layers are very uneven and it looks like I have V cut He just ruined my hair and i want to just run away for there without blow dry. So he won’t ruin further.
